How to Fill RRC Eastern Railway Apprentice Form apply online
- Before applying, candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. If at any later stage the particulars furnished are found incorrect or not matching the eligibility, the candidature will be cancelled immediately.
- All annexures in prescribed formats (for claiming fee exemption, reservation, age relaxation, etc.) must be produced at the time of document verification.
- Candidates are required to apply ONLINE by visiting the link available on the official website of RRC/ER Kolkata (www.rrcer.com).
- Read the detailed instructions carefully before filling the online application form.
- All relevant fields/boxes in the application form must be filled carefully. The details such as Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, etc. must match exactly with the Matriculation Certificate.
- Fill the community (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) and disability status correctly as per valid government certificates.
- Candidates can apply for any training unit of Eastern Railway as per notified slots. Preferences for training units must be given at the time of application.
- Provide a valid mobile number and email ID, which must remain active throughout the selection process. All communication regarding selection will be made only through SMS/email — no postal letters will be sent by RRC/ER.
