Eastern Railway (Railway Recruitment Cell, Kolkata) has published Notification No. RRC-ER/Act Apprentices/2025-26 inviting online applications from eligible Indian nationals for engagement as Act Apprentices for training slots in Workshops and Divisions of Eastern Railway. Online applications will be accepted from 14 August 2025 (11:00 hrs) to 13 September 2025 (23:59 hrs). Candidates must possess 10th pass with minimum 50% marks and the National Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) in the notified trade. Apply only through the official RRC-ER portal.

RRC ER Apprentice 2025 Age Limit : As on cut-off date

Minimum Age: 15 Years
Maximum Age: 24 Years
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD. Additional relaxations for Ex-Servicemen as per notification.
