| General / OBC / EWS | - Female Candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2)
examinations, by U.P Board or equivalent.
- Female Candidates (General/OBC/EWS) should have minimum
aggregate of 45% marks and female candidates (SC/ST) should have
minimum aggregate of 40% marks in intermediate (10+2) Examination by
U.P. Board or equivalent.
- ASHA Karyakatri / ASHA Sangini candidates should have above
mentioned minimum educational eligibility along with 5 years satisfactory
work experience certificate signed by Chief Medical Officer.

| Reservation Details | - 80% seats reserved for eligible female candidates as per qualification
- 20% seats reserved for ASHA Karyakatri / Sangini with 5 years service
- If 20% seats remain vacant, they will be filled by other eligible female applicants
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC as per Government rules
- Applicants from outside UP will not get reservation benefit
