Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare, Uttar Pradesh invites online applications for UP ANM Admission 2025. The UP ANM Training Course 2025 is a 2-year program with 1800 seats across 36 Government ANM Training Centers. Eligible female candidates can apply online from 01 July 2025 to 31 July 2025 through dgmhup gov in up anm 2025 registration portal. UP ANM Admission 2025 : Eligibility Criteria

General / OBC / EWS	Female Candidate must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from U.P. Board or equivalent. Minimum 45% Marks required (General/OBC/EWS) and 40% Marks for SC/ST candidates. ASHA workers with 5 years service and certificate by CMO are eligible for reserved quota.
Reservation Details	80% seats for general female applicants. 20% seats for ASHA Karyakatri / Sangini with service certificate. Reservation as per Government Rules (SC/ST/OBC). No reservation benefit for candidates outside U.P.
